Thecha is a popular Maharashtrian dish often served with pithla Bhakri. It is basically a coarse chilly garlic chutney. Traditionally, it is prepared using mortar and pestle. While picking up the chilies, care should be taken that they are not extra pungent. It can be mixed with yogurt too while serving and that is a better way of having it.
