Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (frozen will do)

  • 1/4 cup sweet dark cherries (frozen is also okay)

  • 1/4 cup yogurt,

  • 1/2-1 cup water

Directions

  • Place spinach, banana, mango, cherries, yogurt, a drop of vanilla essence and water in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and no more pieces remain, enjoy!
