Ingredients

  • 1 Kg dried red chilis

  • 25-gram turmeric pieces

  • 1 Kg coriander seeds / dhaniya

  • 25-gram cumin seeds / jeera

  • 25-gram Saljeera

  • 50-gram black pepper / kali mirch

  • 50-gram star anise / chakr phool

  • 20-gram cloves / lavang

  • 25-gram nagkesher

  • 50-gram cinnamon stick / dalchini

  • 2 number nutmeg / jaayaphal

  • 25-gram sarso/mohari/mustard seed

  • 10-gram badal phool

  • 50-gram black cardamom

  • 25-gram shankar shap hing (Asafoetida)

  • 100-gram fennel / saunf

Directions

  • Break turmeric, red chills, and nutmeg to small pieces
  • Oil fry all the ingredients separately in little quantity of oil, accept nutmeg, red chilis and coriander
  • Mix all the ingredients together and grind to fine powder.
